Class cards may be used for regularly scheduled yoga classes. Teachers may be substituted for due to vacations. 

Introducing Yoga/Gentle  A slower pace with more description accompany the postures. Breath awareness is also introduced in this class, and the focus is on flexibility and relaxation. You'll develop body awareness as well as learn the basic postures (asanas) and their modifications. The emphasis on proper alignment will help you build strength slowly and safely. Learn yogic breathing and how to link breath with movement. Gentle Yoga Focuses on deep relaxation, rejuvenation and healing. It promotes physical and mental fitness through poses, breathing exercises, guided imagery and meditation.  This class is for first time students who are looking for a slower paced, more descriptive experience.  It's suited for all levels and ages, especially those new to yoga or seeking a soothing practice

Slow Flow  Release your stresses with slow flowing style of yoga focusing on the connection of breath and movement. The class will move at an easy pace and the postures (asanas) may be held longer.  This mellow flow allows you to experience each asana as you flow into the next. Each class will conclude with a seated breathing mediation. *This class is more suitable for intermediate students who are looking for a slower paced, physical but more relaxing experience.

Level 2 classes are suitable for intermediate students. The basic postures are expanded to include more difficult variations and may be described with less detail. The class will flow at a faster pace and the asanas will be held longer. The classes introduce more advanced breathing techniques and concepts in yogic philosophy including the energetic body

Level 3 classes are for advanced practitioners and will focus on asana variations that require strength and flexibility. These classes are faster paced and more rigorous. They may include advanced inversions, hand and arm balancing postures and deep twists and back bends.

Bring your mats and wear comfortable clothes! Seniors 65+, Students younger than 25 with full time student status.
